In alpine chalet studios (1 or 1.5 rooms) with a stylish kitchenette you keep your independence without giving up the comfort of a boutique chalet: ideal for self-caterers who want to stay independent, for vegetarians, vegans and for guests who prefer to eat individually due to food allergies.

In the mood for culinary variety? At our regular evening events you get to know regional delicacies and can watch us prepare them – in winter in the ALM TENNE event kitchen, in summer on the mountain meadow next to the private pool. Workshop examples: alpine cheese fondues from the local dairyman, ALM snacks from Salzburger Land with live music, baked potatoes from the embers with curd, and an alpine herb workshop …

The alpine lounge is open to all studio guests. Cool refreshments, a melange or an espresso, and great wines in the self-service wine lounge. Free Wi-Fi completes the offer of this privately run boutique-style chalet. The location is unique: ski & bike right on the doorstep.
